“You can’t go wrong with Chad Kremer Construction. They are prompt, friendly,
particular and neat. Things are done right. My current experience with them was this
May 2020. I noticed the ceiling in the basement bowing and damp. Breaking a hole in
the ceiling it was discovered the drainpipe leakage was happening from the upstairs
bathroom. The plumber and Chad Kremer Construction worked very well together to
remedy the problem. Chad Kremer Construction came the next day and cut “nice”
holes in the basement ceiling and dining room wall to get access to the plumbing.
Plumbing repair complete they were back almost immediately to repair the “nice”
holes. The did an excellent job, putting down and hanging up plastic to try and keep
things clean while repairing the openings. I asked them to remove all the chair rail in
the dinning room and they repaired all the nail holes and sprayed them along with
the wall opening repair. Great job, beyond my expectation.
I also had an addition added to my home in July of 2015. Chad was with Neyens
Construction leading the project. He did the last finishing touches on it after the
sudden death of Dave Neyens. They did and DO excellent work. Want to see it in
